Hey hope all is well in your part of the state!

I need a cash flow analysis on a farm case.  It’s a hog/goat/grain operation down near Waseca (about 25 miles East of Mankato).  Trial is November and they are going for alimony as well as child support.

 

Is this something you can help out with. If so, a couple due diligence questions for you. Have you all done farm cases and, if so, how familiar are you with these types of cases? What would expect the cost would be for the client on this (both the report as well as the trial costs if needed)? Lastly, what would be the timeline to get started and also to get a report?

Finally, I do a lot of farm divorces down here but don’t pretend I know the accounting side nearly as well as I could (or as well as you do). So, my hope would be that you could really take the lead on figuring out the cash flow, and then helping myself and the client understand the report, numbers, areas the opposing attorney may attack us on, and some of our strong points. Is that something you’d be willing to do/
