• 6/05/23 – Jason used him on the Alex Hoehn file. His report was very detailed but it took way too long to get it (well over 6 months, probably closer to a year). It got to the point that the Judge had to basically issue an order saying that Wolfe needed to finish the report. The cost was a flat fee of $7500 which included the entire process and a full report.  Testifying would be additional, but unsure of those specifics.

Nancy Crawford , St. Paul.  A bit pretentious, thinks she knows what the Judge will do and “plays” lawyer.  however, does appear to be well balanced in her assessment and recommendations. not my favorite…terrible witnesses.

• 3/1/24 – Elizabeth used on McNeir case. She said that the cost was $4000 and that it took a long time for it to be completed. Once done, the attorneys were provided with a one page summary of Goldfarb’s recommendations and then the attorneys and Goldfarb had a 60 minute phone conference to go over the findings, recommendations, and ask questions. A full report would cost an additional $4000. If trial testimony is needed, the subpoenaing party must pay a $4200 deposit when issuing the subpoena.
