Notice of Intervention by County

The County has a right to intervene in all IV-D cases.

Rule 360.01 and Minn Stat. 518A.49 allow this.  Here is what to do when we receive a notice to intervene.

  1. Save to sharepoint, share w/ client on mycase
  2. Add the assistant county attorney in Mycase as a contact.
  3. Make sure all future motions & Notices you serve the Assistant County Attorney.
  4. Ensure there is a signature block on the final settlement document for the ACA to sign off.
