Monthly Expense/Budget Worksheet

Clients are often required to provide information regarding their monthly expenses. We’ve got a spreadsheet for that! This spreadsheet has a built-in formula to calculate the totals and can be shared with clients. Once completed, they’ll need to get it back to us via Mycase or email.

Budget Worksheet (current and projected): New Budget Worksheet – Current & Projected

this one has spots for both current and projected expenses. Sometimes this is needed when trying to project someone’s budget once they are living independently and we are deciding what they will need for spousal support:

this one has a spot for current and “paid by business.” This could also be adjusted to “paid for by farm.” This is used when you have a client who has a farm/business that pays some of their basic expenses. You’ll need to be able to distinguish between what the client themselves pays vs. what the business pays:

 

TIP: if you can’t explain each line in the budget go back and make sure you can.  Don’t guess at the numbers but estimations are acceptable.
