Efs / Odyssey – Filing Fees

Filing fees are required in two primary cases:

  1. When filing the first document in any new case (dissolution, custody, paternity, child support, etc.) AND
  2. When filing a motion.

Failure to include a filing fee when required will result in the filing being rejected.

To add the filing fee, you will first add the document you are filing, then follow instructions below:
