Affidavit of Non-Military Service

An affidavit of non-military service is required by all counties in a TRUE default divorce (see: Family Law – True Default – K|H Law Wiki (theintervenors.com) This means that our client submits a sworn statement that says the other party is not in the military (basically that being in the military may be preventing them from responding to the proceedings)
