Generally, we prefer the client complete these for their vehicles as they have more info on the details, condition, mileage, etc. But, if they aren’t doing it, then we can do it. Get the vin # (or year, make, and model) and the mileage from the client. We usually use “good” condition and private party resale.

Instead, hit the actual print button located on the screen

Then you’ll get a clean, streamlined document like this: kbb example 2 (hit print button, print to pdf)

With this version, you could delete pages 2-4 and really have it be a single page or, if the options were an important part of the quote, delete pages 3-4 and then it’s still only 2 pages and looks much cleaner
