Legal Sheild

LegalShield is a company that provides pre-paid legal service plans to individuals, families, and small businesses in the United States.

LegalShield offers its members access to a network of attorneys who provide legal advice, consultation, and representation on various legal matters. These matters may include things like contract review, document preparation, consumer protection issues, landlord/tenant disputes, traffic violations, and more.

Members pay a monthly fee for the service, and in return, they can contact an attorney and receive a free consultation.   If the member decides to move forward, that is between the law firm (us) and the client; Legal Shield will not be involved any further.

Clients who have Legal Shield and use our services receive a 25% discount on the attorney’s hourly rate. They do not receive a discount on the paralegal or legal assistant’s hourly rate.

Legal shield clients will have a separate retainer to reflect this discounted rate and when intake is setting up the files in MyCase, they will adjust the attorney’s rate to reflect the discount.

NOTE: We cannot refer to other attorneys if we do not take the case.
